CERT in the Community

When there is no emergency to deal with, our members are involved with other community groups and projects. You can choose to participate in activities such as:

• Salvation Army Christmas kettle bell ringing

• Coastal Connections beach clean-up

• Indian River County Sheriff's BBQ

• Environmental Learning Center's Lagoonapalooza

• Vero Beach Air Show first aid tent

• Mass Casualty & Active Shooter victim drills for local hospitals

• Emergency radio network with the Vero Beach Amateur Radio club

• IRC Radiological Disaster drill
